Well good luck with that idea. Three areas of aviation that I avoid like the plague, sea planes, helicopters and anything prefixed with  the word 'micro'.  All are inherently dangerous and require a set of skills (and a huge amount of luck) for their users that is rare indeed.

The seaplanes will be cancelled by the Ministry of resources and environment based on what sea sponge  or starfish gets momentarily disturbed.
