If one spent anytime in Thailand and read the local news one is guaranteed 3/5,  Staying on Phuket and you will have heard of the non talent lip synch shows at the "show bar, which gives 4/5.

Number of kathoey is probably overestimated, and the word kathoey could have entered Tai speech (not just Thai but also ie. Laotian) from other Austroasiatic languages, such as Mon.
