It's called market forces. It should not be a matter for governments, it's a matter for customers.  An  example, in London, some utter knuckle heads pay the equivalent of  5,000 Baht for a bowl containing 20 French fries, covered in some pretentious sauce,. If they are stupid enough to buy it, let them.

Seems to me that whilst the restaurant may be behaving in a devious wayconcealing its prices any customer who orders a dish without knowing the price has only themselves to blame if they get ripped off!
