Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the fee originally posed as a way of making sure that all foreign visitors had medical insurance?

Seems like these tourist touts just want the fee so they can fund their own programs and put more funds in their pockets.

It will be assessed and maybe even collected but it won't benefit the tourists or protect the health care system providers as originally proposed.

Just another Srettha fail.
