TM30 and 90 day report
For 90 day report the 90 days starts counting from the date of your latest arrival with the date of arrival counting as day one. Depending on what visa you have you might be able to extend your stay in country. Did you come on a tourist visa or get a 30 day visa exemption on entry? I don’t think you will be able to get a visa based on your fiancée’s non B as that only applies to him. If you are on a 30 day exemption you won’t have to submit a 90 day report because you won’t be here for 90 days. If you enter by land border you are allowed 2 x30 days visa exemption entry in one year. If you enter by air there is no written limit on the number of entries but you might have to show an outgoing flight booking and proof of funds. If the immigration officer thinks that you are trying to live here using visa exemption or tourist visas you might be refused entry.
