Thai have been sub par in their product and service for many many years now, sad really as at one time their service was excellent. Recently I have used Quatar, Etihad and Finnair in my trips back and forth and found they are all better than Thai. About the only thing left that is premium with Thai is their prices!

A new approach to passenger service is greatly needed because their price surely isn't justified compared to their competition.
