Hmmm...that would be one of those "karoake" joints that caters to Thai gentlemen but of course you don't see that in the story.

If it had tourists or farang customers, you can bet it would be big, big news.

Not my point.  There are "local karoake establishments" that cater to foreigners and tourists.  I passed a couple just last night.

I was talking about the local Thai clientele that would be patronizing said underaged girls, not farangs.

As we all know most of the underage prostitution in Thailand is for the domestic clientel rather than the farangs. Sadly the clientel will often include law enforcement people who should be protecting children!

There are few caraoke bars, that do not cater Thai men.

Some are also visited by the one or the other expat, but that is not the best choice for p2p options.
