Yes (assuming you first go through your Thai bank account), but you'll get the bottom of the spread in addition to whatever fees you'll pay.

You can have it paid into any bank you like as long as the buyer agrees - if it's a condo they probably won't as without the "Foreign Exchange Transaction Form" from the receiving Thai bank the Land Department are very unlikely to put it in a foreigner's name as that's a basic legal requirement.
