There was no reported tsunami warning, nor were there any reports of damage. The earthquake struck at what is considered a shallow depth of 12 kilometres. According to a 2020 census report, the population of Papua is over 4 million people. think-and-ask Posted August 2, 2021 #25644 Share Posted August 2, 2021 (edited) water ( rain ), fire ( in turkey, etc. ), wind ( storm, in shanghai, etc ), and earth /soil ( earth-quake ), and a technology can do this but of course, as always, some people will, keep to believe, strong climate-change, or god with Noah-rain, is the reason. :) it ( haarp ) is even mentioned in, UNO 1977 and EU 1995, document.
