Guy beats his wife to death and gets just 4 years.  Police reported as ignoring burglaries and rapes.  This is a stupid none story and it's about time the lazy and incompetent UK Police started doing a real job, and the knob head Judge's start giving out real sentences to real criminals.  The UK just so pisses me off.  Thank goodness I don't live there anymore.
