He really knows his customer base. Good marketing strategy. This could be the tip of an iceberg. Better check every government officials who have extraordinaly wealth and lifestyles beyond their means. Unless it is totally uprooted, nothing can be done. And for sure it is not possible to totally uproot as swidling always starts from the top.
