Dr don't accept the apology. Let this be a lesson to all those who think they are big due to connections and money. Pull him to court and sue him maximum till his underpants and make sure that Thailand kicks out such people from the land of Thousand Smiles. These foreigners think that they are great and taking advantage of the humbleness of Thai people. Just teach him a lesson that his mother failed to do when he was young.

This is a lithmus test. Let us wait and see who is the boss in the land of Thousand smiles....Thai people or wealthy foreigner? Should give you an idea of what these people are like. They clearly think they are better than everyone else because he's a foreigner.
