There is always resistance to changes. If the changes are good for the future of bright students, then better ignore this small group and proceed with the changes which can bring more harmony and safe environment for students to excel in their life. It is only the small group that is causing the problem. May be it is time to look beyond the student level. It could be the management that is behind all these fights and killing instigatign rivalry among groups?
