A neck collar and a cast?? What happened? Did he get hit by a wheel chair at the hospital? A rolling bed accident? Well no mentioning why on any Thai news outlets in English. How is it really and unbelievebly a lamentable and ridiculous attempt to make him look in bad health in front of cameras?
