Nothing of any note will happen to either of them. Phuket image takes another hit. It's like Groundhog Day.

Sweet F all is what will happen as the taxi mafia have only the Royal Thai Police to contend with to enforce the law and they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

People want to go to a developing country because of the relaxed atmosphere and then get all up in arms when things like this happen
