My guess, he is just not getting his money back.

As long he does not complain, that case just fell behind the copy machine, methinks!

Who cares what wristwatch you wear nowadays? Status is defined by your mobile phone. It's interesting to see how the wristwatch companies are trying to keep this vintage technology relevant. Having said that, as an avid swimmer, I am in the market for a diving watch; but these little niches are few and far between, methinks.
