Sue, the bunk for damages and losses and publicise the name and branch

Must happen frequently. Original Documents lost or stolen. non- issue. 
So many other records to confirm ownership & payments. Banks- Land Office- Lawyers- Copies.

So if I read this right the bank know that the deeds had been lost by them in 2018 and in that 5 years have not thought to advise the owner? Seems to me he has a good case to recover any and all of his losses from the bank together with punitive damages for the inconvenience plus all his legal fees.
