What about violence against men?

I have certainly observed a general and worrying surge in violence in Thailand in 2022, and especially in 2023. Unless we have the stats for both genders, this is a misleading and irrelevant angle to look at the issue from.

It seems to me that violence in general in Thailand has increased massively in the last couple of years not just against women and children.

I doubt actual violence has 3X'ed, more likely reporting has 3x'ed.
