I've stood in line and gotten charged double for the same noodle dish as the Thai national in front of me.  When I go to national parks I get charged often up to 10X what a Thai would pay.  I feel the same way as the people in the article when I get overcharged.

Just a question, why did he not find out the price before ordering the noodles? I never buy without knowing in advance the price as I am sure do most others. Gotta say 300THB for a plate of noodles would see me walking away!
