the truck may have been overweight but the panel it was driving over was clearly too weak - it should have been able to carry two larger trucks with weight to spare.

How can he crackdown on this road transport corruption when the RTP are the instigators & beneficiaries? That would mean arresting & charging the majority of the RTP!
