What a load of rubbish!

An attempt to paint an optomistic view of property prices, (which were overpriced before the pandemic), a lot of people going to loose a lot of money as a result of this pandemic.

Out of chaos will come opportunity for those with cash, but no switched on westerners are going to invest until this is more settled. We need to see the Baht crash, property prices go through the floor first. Bank of Tokyo is already saying Baht is in massive difficulty ( bring it on)!

As for the Thai's, other than the very wealthy, most of them are on the bones of their arse! What are they going to buy?

They're lazy, and of course, the pandemic has not helped them, but they are lazy none the less!

I agree with most of your post but not the final sentence. Thai women are not lazy and in the main work hard and provide the best they can for their irresponsible and lazy Thai men that for some reason they love.  That devotion I would suspect is purely due to chauvinistic attitudes of Thai men practised through the centuries and perpetuated to this day by the Elite and A N Other.  So no, not all Thais are lazy, but yes generally the males are a bunch of genetically retarded lazy toe rags that contribute nothing to this country, the current administration adequately proving my assessment.
