Nothing can be changed as long as humans are not satisifed with what they have in shapes. Men wants longer and woman wants bigger and they tried to fight against nature. In the end the failed to understand that Nature always wins.

Not a good assessment of the situation.

Cosmetic surgery can be very helpful and it goes way beyond your 2 examples - the problem in Thailand is the proliferation of unqualified and unethical practitioners and of course something CAN be done about that.

Injecting silicone instead of collagen is more murder as just dangerous.

Since it is not "leaking" in drops from a bag, but injected in bigger volume direct into the body.

Perhaps In as blood vessel,

Would be very good to find this guy!

Collagen is not silicone, duh.

But silicone, if sourced and injected properly, is safe. The silicone must be medical grade, and applied gradually. It can't just be injected in as full cubic centimeters, then massaged in, like PPMA.

Paranoia surrounds the practice. But I'm trying to find someone will do it, to correct a facial deformity, related to a hypoplasia. it makes me look old. Most fillers are not permanent, so not worth the costs. Autologous fat grafts don't take readily, where the face is moving when you talk or eat. And craniofacial surgery might well ruin my biting ability.

But paranoia about injectable silicone, means it's hard to find someone to do it.
