I'll follow the trend started by Kaptain Rob here, to recommend good sources for quality products.  (Thank you, Rob for thinking to do that.)

For top quality meats, especially fine beef, my first choice is "The Accidental Butcher" in Bangkok.  Funny name, but seriously good steaks.  Make a beef roast here 3-4 times/month.  Always the "rump medallion" from Accidental.  And pretty good service, too.   Respond quickly on LINE chat.   I asked for special ground beef of 50% brisket and 50% rumb steak.  Done immediately and delivered within a few hours, at no extra charge.

They don't show it on their menu, but some of the best-tasting eggs I've ever had.  Not always "in stock" but worth ordering when they do have.  Must ask for them.
