Bit scary to see how f.......up the guy is , that he is 0 in control of himself and even doesnt take notice of the fact that he has 200 grams lying around in his car , which could be searched any minute by the coppers . . . . . so he must be really sky-high driving around .

If thats the ongoing case now in BKK as you see these cases regulary , that 2 out of 10 people run / drive around Bangkok with this sh..... on them ....I guess its going to get more and more uncomfortable and ruthless in BKK
