Any excuse to jack the prices up. There are warehouses full of previously harvested rice, that were produced before any of the excuses like El Nino etc. Corporate lies in order to increase ompany profit margins at the expense of the average family.

India were the instigators of this export ban, probably Thais just having knee jerk reaction. 

I'm sure they have no in-depth analysis of the realistic situation. (Like everything else.)😂

They say drought will be the cause and it is a pre-emptive movement to confront the price being manipulated. Two words- controlled commodity. One probably needs to think who or whose families are associated with mills.
