Have to agree and then some. For people like this I think don't really deserve to live as has proven a dangerous track record of a blemish to society. Would be easy to pull the trigger on a punk like this..

Why are repeated rapist being allowed to wander freely in the society? He should have been under strict surveillance or isolated from the society. At least he should have been castrated before leaving him back into the society. The only way to prevent such incidences is to implement castration for such offences which will prevent the rest thinking twice before engaging themselves in such act. It is inhuman nature of punishment. But in  Thailand since sexual transformation are common, then it is nothing serious to be considered. Just make him a female so that he can earn a living for himself when he becomes "She"
