Nitric acid in Townhouse area? Is it allowed to opeater at residential area in  Thailand? If yes, then the authorities have to revisit their regulations and guidelines to review it accordingly to make the residential area safe

Looks like Nitrogen Dioxide fumes (and likely some Hydrogen Gas as well).

Possibly the result of discarding the Nitric Acid into steel drums not rated for the Nitric Acid.
