Amazing how the Thai legal system can come out all guns blazing at a foreigner hitting a golf ball in the wrong place., but murders and thieves etc can walk the streets awaiting charges to be officially presented.

I truly wonder if Thais realise how screwed up their laws and legal system are.

Probably written by Hi So to allow them time to disappear, Hi Boss (cop killer) and all his mates.
