If heart attack, then was it from a chemical they appied to the deceased? I don't buyy that if he only had a natural heart attack then why would they would not just call the police and an ambulance. I am calling BS and foul.

So the legal aide is trying to get the kidnapping & murder charges downgraded to interfering with a corpse. No chance because one of the accused will tell all in exchange for a reduced sentence.
