A mentally unstable person cannot perform the duty as an elected public representative. It is either good to resign or sack him on medical grounds.

So we have drunk drivers, abusive partners who punch women.. what other gifts is the MFP going to bring us? starting to think the only reason they were elected is because they're "not the other guy". Move over and let Peu Thai take over - at least they have adults running the show, not a bunch of clueless kids like the MFP seems to be.
