Not really dead, just a little bit.

Yep, she was moribund, then passed out. Her heart rate would have been very faint & likely to have been around 30 bpm - normal/therapeutic rate is 60 to 100.

Respiration rate would also have been low/undectable.

A reasonable assumption by the rellys, though.

She wasn't examined or pronounced dead by a Clinician either.

Seems like those who have had natural death are not verified by a medical practitioner to certify the death.
