Early this morning, an earthquake of magnitude 4.5 sent shudders through the provinces of Phitsanulok and Phichit. Earthquakes and Thai buildings are not a good thing. Potential line the Turkey disaster can happen if strong enough. Even I worry about my 2 story house in CM having an escape plan.
