Feel sorry for both of them. Him because I know from personal experience that there is zero visibility behind when reversing a bus and her because she has clearly never been trained in acting as banksman for a reversing large vehicle the first rule of which is wear high vis and make sure you can always see the vehicles mirrors. If you can't see their mirrors they can't see you.
