Only 12?

How should this system work, if not every controlling officer recognize the sticker as "paid, let go" sign?

It is, like the Immigration extension for money system, a nationwide system. Where all and every officer is part of it, as long he/she is not openly pointing it out.

So, they will hang some, taking care their families, so that no one speaks up and is pointing to the root of this system

So 12 have been selected from ALL of the officers to be the fall guys no doubt with an understanding they will be treated with leniency and with a pay-out for taking the rap. This scam could only work if ALL the officers were in on it. Nothing but a PR exercise to make the Thai people believe that corruption is being rooted out whilst in fact nothing will change.

How ridiculously stupid are the authorities, its very obvious its a far greater issue than 12 policeman and at the very least regional if not nation wide. This is like a kindergarten with no teacher to smack their naughty little bottoms!! Their activities are fraudulant & illegal with overwhelming evidence so why aren't they locked up pending prosecution, another piss weak copout!!

Bring on Move Forward Party who will hopefully do what the current PM said he would do but instead he just lined up at the trough!!
