If it is an Arab contract the Thais will get taken to the cleaners, if it is a Thai contract, Thais will get fleeced in the international courts. 😁

Bit like the gold mine Thais stopped in Thailand and cost the country billions and would have been trillions if they didn't allow it to reopen. 🙃

Singapore households have a saying "don't you Thai me". Thai/ lie.

Guess what, a lot of those contracts are written and signed in Singapore.
