Itis always better , imho, to rent, in  the Thai market of condos.

First, you can quickly leave, in case some wrong neighbours are moving in.

Sec. you can quickly leave, in case the management is just managing their income but not the building.

Buying means, you have to live with it, or to try to sell.

In an overheated market, anyway.

A huge % of Thais that live in Bangkok and surrounding areas work in jobs that can't be done remotely
