Had a similar experience at a Pattaya hospital. Admitted with suspected Pancreatitis but medical staff unable to locate the cause, although they suspected Gallstones. Discharged after 3 days with medication. Returned to work in Dubai where symptoms returned. Hospital detected Gallstones and removes Gallbladder. No problems experienced since. My advice. Get a second opinion.
