The incompetent, or often drug-fueled drivers are only partly to blame. If you want to reduce the many traffic fatalities involving buses, you must criminally charge and assess monetary damages to the rich owners of the bus company. Mostly for hiring incompetent drivers and not providing a safe environment for the passengers.
