 No major country is more utterly clueless about contingency security than Japan. 

When Sandra Bullock exclaims “Murder Death Kill!” in the 1993 film ‘Demolition Man’, it was supposed to depict how ill-equipped dovish, futuristic societies are when facing evil. That’s Japan 2023, 30 years later. 

24,000 security personnel? Yeah but they’re all managed by Japanese authorities. Window dressing only.
