How on earth can Pattaya buzz without alcohol on election day?

Nearly every farlung that didn't stock up would be going through withdrawals about now.

As an ex Boy Scout we were always told to "be prepared" and to whistle all day whilst always smiling, in all fairness though, I did ruin a lot of funerals.
