How on earth can Pattaya buzz without alcohol on election day?

Nearly every farlung that didn't stock up would be going through withdrawals about now. 🤣

As an ex Boy Scout we were always told to "be prepared" and to whistle all day whilst always smiling, in all fairness though, I did ruin a lot of funerals.
