Maybe someone should tell Grab to put the three horizontal lines on their menu screen so that you can tap on them and change the language.

It's not so much 'available in English' as that it auto-translates everything using a terrible version of what is for sure not even Google translate. All shops that already provided English or English + Thai are now being translated into Narnia. Shops that were only in Thai either do not offer the translation or are translated like some of the funniest tourist menus one encounters by a toddler.

Support pages and offers should be focussed on first, not this.. it's absolutely unworkable.

If you try to translate the supposed English menues into English, then Google autodetects the language as Marsian :D.

English menus are so broken that they look like a tornado went over it. Some letters get lost, words totally out of context are there and it's somehow stitched together.

I rather have Thai + Google Lens, than Marsian. Nobody at Grab with remote English capabilities used it at least once. It went from beta version to production without anybody taking a look at.

It would be even better if they could hire (and keep) more drivers here in Phuket. about 80% of the time we try to order we get the infamous "Sorry, our drivers are all busy"... Sign of the times here!
