These raids are ridiculous abuse of power - they're ruining the night and wasting time of people who have done nothing wrong and paid a lot of money to be there. If they have concrete intel of illegal activities that's one thing - but random raids to see if MAYBE there are overstayers in the crowd are excessive and unnecessary. There are more efficient ways that do not involve innocent people.

I was actually thinking of going to Pattaya tomorrow. Changed my mind now. Good job.

So the haul, out of 300 people, was zero for both overstayers and drugs? Is this a case of the police putting on a show by looking everywhere except where they are being paid to not look?
