Another loose cannon. My guess is this guy thinks he is priviledged in his own country and probably abuses anyone he thinks is below him. Probably from the religion of peace coming from Jordan. don't fiugre that theymoved from the condo and are now trying to lay low or perhaps left the country. 

One question is why is this now in the news here? It is over 1 month old already. A follow up article would be the way to go for what has transpired since the incident.

No doubt police were paid to make it go away. No other explanation for why they wanted to reduce the charges. The condo has CCTV for sure - look at the footage and if it happened as described jail and deport this human trash. Thailand is a better place without him.
