So now it's no longer the best beach in the world, just another packed tourist trap like Koh Phi Phi.. Will give it a miss! 😢 😆

Guarantee someone is making money somewhere in this story.

Old one. Start something with a microbe of credence, boost it in the media world, everyone rushes there.

True believers one and all, the scammers rake it in.

The gullible go there, OHHH, Ahhh,  many selfies to friends, go home believing the crap, meanwhile the scammers are working hard (in their luxury mansions) on the next con to get the hard earned of the gullible.

And this was my target trip area with my kids this year before this story came out. Was going to visit some old thai friends in the Trang area as well. Still may be ok. There are other areas down there.

Was down in Koh Bulon Leh, and Koh Mook the other years, all very nice. Don't see why Kradan would be so special.

Even better if crowds go there to leave other places free.

Just more Internet BS.

From 300 to 2000 tourists per day will soon see a rapid deterioration of the area as “greed” rears its ugly head and vendors choose money over the preservation of nature.  Hopefully the authorities have learned from experience, but there is always the “brown envelope” factor to contend with.
