No So Smart for the Brit. Now these kind of tourists we don't need. Nothing more than a brut hooligan. Put the t u r d away in prison as deporting him is too easy.

What a selfish ****. Property damage aside - he could've killed multiple people. Hopefully they catch him and throw him in jail for attempted murder. Let's see how well it goes for him trying to intimidate other inmates...

I'm guessing he was your typical CM backpacker who couldn't make payment because he's a loser low on money but trying to finagle his way into remaining in Thailand by just getting by on scraps.  
Might not be a bad idea for TAT to start enforcing minimum savings requirements to enter the country.  It would help keep the broke backpackers out.

Cheap charlie place 750 baht / night so Thailand wasn't starting off with a high end fellow.

27 years old, so I don't know if a typical  backpacker. (I thought they would be younger, say 17-23 years old.) Perhaps a benefits scrounger type who smokes alot.  😷
