Based on the vaccination statistics, the risks are high as only 32% have received the booster and 78% have been fully vaccinated. 82% have received at least one doze. After 6 months the immunity is on the decline stage unless there is herd immunity. Which might not be the situation

No big surprise to see a rise in cases with a national festival like Songkran co inciding with the emergence of a new highly spreadable strain of the virus
