Dead or alive, the pigs are still valuable. Those dead can straight away go to processing plants and those alive to slaughter houses...

This is an unseen side of meat and dairy farming, and indeed any animal captivity. They are, at our mercy, including our human errors, without which, the poor pigs would not be drowned
