The death toll has reduced by 11 person. However the other statistics have increased. There is no record on how many are in critical conditions in the hospital and how many are going to be permanently disable which can be also considered to death. Overall it cannot be considered as a reduction. Still a long way to go. The best is to reduce the traffic on the road during festival seasons. One option is to consider all festival seasons as alcohol free throughout the country. Just shut down the alcohol sales for the entire period of time.
