Why would anyone bring mango from the UK into Thailand?? 🤔🤔️

I like my mango as much as the next man but why bring it.

Or papaya, coconut, and durian.

Utterly bizarre. I never buy mango or papaya in the UK, it is incredibly expensive even by the box from Asian stores, and what the supermarkets stock is very poor quality..

the disputed commodity is confiscated and later destroyed at a high temperature to prevent any risk of disease sabotaging the country’s agricultural industry.

Would be disastrous if fruit fly hit this place, wouldn't it. 🤣

Always done after they eat of course.  The peel and seeds etc require less burn time so they save the country big baht. 😂
